Coach Personal Development

On Thursday 21st May

Nine coaches from Chester Riverside Canoe Club spent a very interest evening on attending a foundation paddle ability course. This is the start of a journey that will give the coaches more tools to enable them to work with a great range of young people and give those with special requirements a better paddling experience.
This is to be followed up with a second event which will be a full day mostly water based teaching the coaches more skills.

It is the aim of CRCC to be able to offer paddling to as large a group of young people as possible and be able to do this in a professional and fun way.
The club is also looking to expand the range of craft it has available to facilitate this.

If anyone is able to help the club with achieving its goal of getting more young people on the water please contact the club.
